The Fallow is operated by London Nguyen, doing business as The Fallow. All inquiries may be directed to hello@fromthefallow.com.
Offerings
The Fallow offers digital products and subscription services, which may include audio content, written material, and reflective experiences. The nature and availability of offerings may evolve over time. Current offerings and their details are described at the point of purchase.
All digital content is delivered by email or made available through a secure link. No physical products are shipped. There is no app and no account required unless otherwise noted. Access to digital content may be time-limited or ongoing depending on the nature of the offering.
Billing & Payment
Prices for all offerings are listed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. One-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the reseller of our offerings and handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
After purchase, you will receive a receipt from Paddle containing a link to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may also request cancellation by contacting support@fromthefallow.com. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been provided. If something doesn’t feel right, you’re always welcome to reach out. The Fallow does not issue refunds for subscription payments once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@fromthefallow.com within 5 business days of the charge.
Intellectual Property
All content offered through The Fallow — including audio, writing, imagery, and site copy — is the intellectual property of The Fallow. Purchases are for personal use only. Content may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Disclaimer
The Fallow is a contemplative offering and not a medical or therapeutic service. Nothing available through The Fallow should be understood as professional mental health advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
Limitation of Liability
