Each month, two new practices arrive: one for softening, and one for honoring.

When do they arrive?
The practice for softening arrives on the first Wednesday of the month.
The practice for honoring arrives on the third Wednesday.

How do I access them?
Each practice arrives by email with a link to enter.
Nothing to log into, and nothing to keep up with.

How long are they available?
Each month’s practices remain open through that month.
When the month closes, a new one begins. There is no archive.

Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime through the subscription link in your confirmation email
or by contacting support.
