A guided breath is a steady rhythm of inhaling and exhaling using counts — slow, unhurried, and anchored.

When do the guided breaths arrive?
Two guided breaths arrive each month by email — attunement on the first Wednesday, integration on the third.


How do I access them?
Each breath is delivered as a link in your email. Click to enter.


What if I miss one?
The link remains accessible for the duration of the month. After that, it closes. Each breath belongs to its moment.
