What is a Cadence?
The natural pace of how you think, feel, move, and rest. It's not a personality type or a label — it's a living rhythm. The quiz surfaces it by listening to how you naturally orient to action, time, and integration.

How accurate is the quiz?
The quiz is not a diagnostic tool. It's a mirror. The result is a starting point — something to feel into rather than analyze. If it resonates, trust that. If it doesn't land immediately, sit with it. Clarity often arrives after the moment.


Can my cadence change?
Your primary cadence is the one you were born with — it remains constant.

What may feel like a shift is simply your system adapting to the rhythms around you.

What is a guided breath?
A guided breath is a short audio practice led by voice and breath. It is not a meditation in the traditional sense — it's an invitation to settle into what is already present. Each one is recorded fresh within the month it belongs to.

When do the guided breaths arrive?
Two guided breaths arrive each month by email. Attunement arrives on the first Wednesday. Integration arrives on the third Wednesday.


How do I access them?
Each breath is delivered as a link in your email. Click the link to enter the space — no app, no account, no archive.


What if I miss one?
The link remains accessible for the duration of the month. After that, it closes. Each breath belongs to its moment.
