Cadence: Cyclical · Monthly · Expressive

Sacred Exhale

Your cadence moves in pulses of inspiration and release, expanding outward until expression takes form, always spiraling upward. It follows the creative arc of the sun. Each phase unfolds at the rhythm of emergence, staying as long as the spark asks. What doesn’t manifest in this cycle will continue in the next. It is not a schedule It is a breath within a greater spiral of creation, and you are always somewhere within its unfolding.

The four phases — moving within each month

I · Ignite

Something ignites — an impulse that arrives unexpectedly, an emotion that has been quietly gathering until it can no longer be contained. This is the beginning of the exhale. The creative current begins to move, and the invitation is to move with it.

II · Radiate

The outpouring — what ignited now needs to be witnessed. Speaking, making, performing, sharing — the form is yours to choose. What matters is that it moves through you and into the world. This is not indulgence. It is completion

III · Refine

The discernment — what was expressed settles, and something clarifies. Not everything needs to continue forward. The quiet work here is curiosity, not judgment.

IV · Reset

The silence — the exhale is complete. The body asks for stillness, and this time it deserves to receive it. Something releases. Something new is already gathering there in the quiet. The next ignition is already finding its form.

You may find this rhythm most alive in the gap between pulses. When the creative current has gone quiet and the world wonders why you've slowed. This is not absence. It is accumulation. The exhale is only possible because of the depth of what was first drawn in. Each cycle is a sacred exhale, moving outward with full force, then returning to the silence that makes the next one possible, where what is ready to continue begins to reveal itself.

Quiet signals that may already be present

A sudden, undeniable urge to create, speak, or move, unexpected and impossible to ignore.

Creativity arriving in bursts, intense when it comes, quiet when it doesn't.

A restlessness that only eases once something has been made or expressed.

A need to be witnessed, not for approval, but for completion.

A deep quiet after expression, settled, whole, ready to begin again.

Something in you already knows if this is yours.
If it didn't land, yours is waiting.
